Browsing
Use the links in the left-hand menu to find the products you are interested in. Click ‘View all titles’ to list all of the titles in the series. Enter the quantities of the products you would like to order and click ‘Add to basket’.
When you have all the items you require, click 'My basket' at the top of the page.
Shopping basket
Click the ‘My basket’ link at the top of any page to view the current contents of your shopping basket.
You can change the quantity of any item and click ‘Recalculate now’ to update your basket. Tick the Remove checkbox beside any items you wish to remove from your basket and click ‘Recalculate now’ to update your basket.
Click 'Empty basket' at any point to clear your list of titles.
You can also print or email the contents of your shopping basket by clicking the relevant buttons. When you are happy that your order is complete, click ‘Proceed to checkout’ to proceed to the payment and confirmation pages.
You can return to the basket page if you’d like to change your order before inputting your payment details.
Downloads
If you have ordered Download products, these can be found and downloaded by clicking on 'My downloads'.

UK School Credit Account
Orders
If you are ordering on behalf of a School and on credit, your order will be delivered to your school’s address.
Your goods will be dispatched with an invoice.
Credit period
Credit period is 30 days.
Delivery
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt.
Damaged/incomplete orders must be reported within 14 days of invoice date.
All delivery times are estimates only and while we will endeavour to avoid delay, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delay in delivery.
P&P
£5.00 per order in the UK.
£30.00 or $44.50 US dollars (approximate, dependent on exchange rates) for despatch to the US.
Evaluation
We do not offer products on evaluation. Customers should order products in the normal way. They have 21 days to trial products and if they wish to return them, they should do so before the end of the 21 days by recorded delivery in the UK and the invoice will be cancelled. All software must be fully uninstalled before returning. In the event that it is not returned within 21 days, your school account will be charged the full price of the product.
Private Individual (UK)

UK Trade Credit Account
Robert Powell Publications Ltd is pleased to accept new UK reseller accounts. Our terms of business are: Opening a Credit Account
We do not offer credit on the first order – this must be pre-paid. Please make payments to Robert Powell Publications Ltd or via credit card.
Credit period
Credit will be considered after the first, pre-paid order. Credit period is 30 days.
How to pay
Online orders must be pre-paid by credit/debit card at time of ordering.
Other ways to pay
Please make all payments to Robert Powell Publications Ltd. You may pay by electronic transfer, money order, banker's draft, cheque or major credit card. Please note that credit/debit card payments will appear on customers’ statements in the name of Education Direct, distributors for Robert Powell Publications Ltd.
Delivery

Damages or shortages must be reported within 14 days of invoice date.
P&P
Carriage on orders over £50 is free. For orders less than £50, carriage will be charged at £5.00. For orders less than £20.00, goods will be despatched by Royal Mail and charged @ £2.00.
Guarantee and returns
If you or your customers are not satisfied with any of our products, they may be returned for a full credit within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in a resaleable condition. Returns must be pre-authorised by Robert Powell Publications Ltd Customer Services and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Return carriage is your responsibility.
After 1 month from the date of invoice, no returns can be accepted.
International Schools and Individuals
Orders

For EC countries, the charge will be £10 or 20% of order value, whichever is the greater. For all other European countries, the charge will be £20 or 20% of order value, whichever is the greater. For the Rest of the World, the charge will be £25 or 20% of order value, whichever is the greater.
Returns
No returns will be accepted unless the goods are faulty.
