16. Using EyeWrite at Home

Home use

Learners or teachers may want to use the EyeWrite software at home. Planning started at school or college can be continued at home, and work, such as homework or lesson planning started at home, can be taken into the school or college for completion or to use.

Files completed on one computer (e.g. at school) can be emailed home as an attachment and used later. (Large image files should be avoided if the email option is to be used.)   Alternatively the files can be saved onto a memory stick and used on another computer later.

Single User Version

The single user version of EyeWrite is available with all functions and all resources but can only be installed on one computer and once the authorisation code has been used it cannot be used again.

Downloadable Version

A downloadable version of EyeWrite is also available.  In order to keep the price down and the file size manageable for download purposes, this version has all the functions, the dictionary and the video tutorials but no additional resources including the clipart, the photographs, the key word sets and the Flash files.
